What do I need to qualify as a resident?
- A valid Photo ID
- Verifiable income must be at least 3x monthly rent to qualify for rental of any property. This must be provided before we show the property.
- If you are interested in this property and it allows pets, you are required to go to inheritancerealtygroup.petscreening.com to enter in pet data when applying for a property. Our Third party vendor charges $20 to register and vet your pet and offers many other options beneficial to pet owners.
- Sign and send the RENTAL VERIFICATION FORM to your current landlord for verification.
